L'HISTOIRE
The first brothels are registered at the beginning of history. In the 5th century B.C., Greeks officialized them as an institution, influencing the creation of various schools for future courtesans, who were selected regarding their social capacities, intelligence and as artists in dance and chorus.
Early in the 20th century, lingerie transforms from a functional design to an icon representing sensuality and erotism. Because of its contact with the skin and feminine forms, it is object of multiple fantasies, occupying a privileged place in the world of seduction.
Its erotic element is represented by its potential to simultaneously hide and reveal, acting as second female skin. There is no other element that symbolizes and inspires so many desires as female underwear, which contains an enchanting secret.
BURDEL is inspired by great muses from history, artists and cultural movements. It transports us to many brothels scenarios in the 19th and 20th century, marvelously painted by famous artists such as Henri de Toulouse Lautrec, Edgar Degas and Pablo Picasso.
Its mission is to recover the art of seduction by returning to the moment in which women start to gain protagonism and understand their sensuality as a female weapon.
"Dedicated to the courtesan hidden in every woman, seeking to express herself through a delicate and unique intimate wear, understanding sensuality in all of its forms."
