To purchase our products through our website, you must provide, personal information (name, phone, mail, address, zip code) and register on our site. Also, when you order a product you will be asked to specify how the purchase will be payed. Make sure the data submitted for payment is correct.

Orders
The purchase of goods and orders placed through this site is subject to the availability of these products. Given the lack of product availability Burdel S.A. undertakes the responsibility of informing our client as soon as possible.
The products that were selected in your Shopping Bag (shopping cart), but were not yet purchased, will not be reserved.
Delivery & Shipping
All shipping costs for purchases are responsibility of our customers, except the case where the company is promoting free shipping cost. The delivery of the goods will be agreed within the address you provided for it.
International orders may be subject to delays in customs. Please note that customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any order, additional to shipping charges. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
If you received the product in poor condition, do not forget to report it by mail to [email protected] within 72 hours after delivery.
Our primary aim is to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes you may order something that is not available immediately. When this happens you will receive written confirmation of your order and we will contact you to advise if anything is not in stock.
Pricing Policy
The prices shown on this website are in Argentine pesos and american dollars. Prices include VAT but excludes shipping cost. Shipping cost is paid by the client, except in the case where the cost of shipping is in a special promotion. Once you have chosen it or the products you buy, you receive an email with full details of your order.
On the other hand, transactions can be suspended if the website is in technical maintenance or replacement of online merchandise.
Payments
Burdel accepts for payments outside Argentina the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard.
Note: All credit cards are subject to the approval of the financial institution that granted it.
If a financial institution rejects the operation then the transaction will be suspended.
Credit cards must be processed and payment ensured before any order is complete and ready to ship. You will receive email confirmation when this occurs. We also require the CVV2 number located on the back of your credit or debit card. This number is traditionally located within the signature field and is the last three digit sequence in the lengthy number you see there.
Burdel is not responsible for the delay or non-delivery of products. Nor can we guarantee that once the problem is solved, the product is still available in stock. Burdel reserves the right to continue or not with this purchase order.

Returns and Exchanges
In order to make a change, you must previously contact us within 72 hours of receiveing your product through an email to [email protected] Please include in the subject of the mail, your purchase order number and indicate the reason for the change. Immediately, one of our team will contact and give instructions on how to make this change successfully.
Burdel will offer an exchange or refund on all lingerie, if the items are returned unworn, in perfect condition and any seals attached to the product packaging remain unbroken.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any erotic toys, nipple tassels or personal care products, unless they are faulty. If you want to return more than one product, please submit all these together in one shipping package and the return of these is simpler and faster. If you made the purchase of more than one product indicate which of them is to be changed or returned.

Burdels’ website intends to reflect the most accurately the actual colors of the products displayed on our site. We can not guarantee that through the monitor on which you look at our page, the colors displayed are specifically how they are in real life.
